FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE

Your core responsibilities will be representing the Company and promoting our accountancy services with the aim of introducing new Clients to the firm.

The role will be a mixture of working in the office and travelling, making your own appointments and sitting meetings at either our offices or the prospects.

You will also be responsible for maintaining your leads/actions on our CRM system.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a good understanding business
  • Have previous experience of a similar role
  • Have a passion for business development
  • Have experience of selling professional services or similar

This role is offered on a permanent, part-time flexible basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Identification and prospecting of new sales opportunities
  • Arranging own appointments and meetings
  • Accurate and timely maintenance of sales records in a CRM system

Requirements:

  • Strong professional approach to new business sales
  • Specialist in identifying new business prospects
  • At least 5 years experience in a sales or a business development role
  • Knowledge and experience of financial services would be preferable
  • Self reliant and self motivated with excellent presentation skills

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

We are recruiting for a Senior Accountant to join our team and you will be responsible for managing a number of clients providing accounts, tax and general advice and guidance. 

You will work with an array of businesses and personalities and therefore experience of working in practice would be advantageous.

You will be responsible for developing your relationships with our Clients and on occasions be required to work from their offices and attend ad-hoc meetings to discuss their accounts and any concerns they may have.

You will have a desire to not only develop your existing skill set but will also have a desire for recognising the potential of obtaining additional fees from our existing client base.

You will also enjoy the challenge of developing our junior team members and supporting them on their accountancy career paths.

Requirements:

  • ACCA or ACA  qualified
  • Self-reliant and self-motivated, with strong presentation skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Good IT skills, and knowledge of Microsoft and account packages, such as SAGE, Xero & IRIS
  • Experience of working with SMEs

Because of the nature of the work you’ll be involved with, experience of working in practice providing accounting solutions to many business sectors is preferred but not essential.
