Paul Breslin founded Breslins in 1993
Paul’s late Father instilled in him the importance of obtaining a professional qualification and developing a sound career for his future.
Paul was naturally good with people and numbers, therefore he decided to study a accountancy and business qualification, soon after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant.
He soon began a career at KPMG, first in Birmingham, where he was privileged to work with some very talented individuals and clients. He was recognised as being a very proactive Accountant by his peers with the ability to think “outside the box”. His hard work and determination didn’t go unnoticed and he was then given the opportunity to work in a location of his choice around the world where KPMG had other offices. He chose Bermuda! The fact that the island had the most golf courses per head of population had nothing to do with his decision!
He worked for KPMG for a number of years before going to work directly for a large oil and insurance client to complete his experience of working in industry, as well as the accountancy, tax and consultancy world.
Paul then returned to the UK in 1993 because he had aspirations to set up his own business and give SMEs the benefit of his vast amount of corporate knowledge and experience. He has been helping business owners ever since.
